  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery within India usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee will be charged for orders below ₹999 (visible at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order status at any time using the provided link.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bilonabliss.com with your order number and photos of the product/package.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
